Watch: BOYNEXTDOOR Covers BIGBANG's G-Dragon, Rain, And H.O.T. On "Weekly Idol"
The members of BOYNEXTDOOR faced off in a chaotic karaoke battle on “Weekly Idol”!
BOYNEXTDOOR appeared as guests on the September 11 episode of the popular variety show, where they performed their new title track “Nice Guy” and played a number of fun games together with the MCs.
At the start of the episode, the rookie idols kicked things off by taking on a double-speed dance challenge set to the tune of their own songs.
Later on, the BOYNEXTDOOR members split up into two teams of three for the show’s signature karaoke battle. Over the course of two rounds, each team took turns singing different songs while carrying out a randomly selected mission: when instructed to do so by the MCs, the idols had to perform their famous high-speed “Earth, Wind & Fire” dance challenge while singing.
During the first round, Sungho, Jaehyun, and Leehan performed an impromptu cover of BIGBANG’s G-Dragon’s “One of a Kind,” while Riwoo, Taesan, and Woonhak took on Rain’s “Rainism.”
In the second round, Sungho, Jaehyun, and Leehan sang Kim Soo Hee’s beloved classic “Southbound Train,” while Riwoo, Taesan, and Woonhak covered H.O.T.’s iconic hit “Candy.”
