Kim Go Eun Says She Wishes She Had A Friend Like Noh Sang Hyun's Character In "Love In The Big City"
Upcoming film “Love in the Big City” has unveiled new stills of its two leads!
Based on the bestselling novel of the same name by Park Sang Young, “Love in the Big City” is a romance film about a pair of unlikely roommates. Although their lifestyles match in nearly every way—making them ideal partners for cohabitation—the two friends have polar-opposite views on romance.
Kim Go Eun will star as Jae Hee, a free-spirited woman who never worries about what others thinks, loves fearlessly and openly, and lives her life without regrets. Noh Sang Hyun will play her roommate Heung Soo (played by Noh Sang Hyun), a loner who is hiding a secret and prefers to distance himself from others, but still suffers from loneliness.
Both actors expressed confidence in their realistic on-screen chemistry as longtime friends, and Kim Go Eun also shared her affection for the character of Heung Soo, who becomes a huge source of support for Jae Hee.
“While reading the screenplay, I thought to myself that I wished I had a friend like Heung Soo,” recalled the actress.
Meanwhile, Noh Sang Hyun remarked, “We had a lot of fun bickering and joking around [during filming], as though I had become Jae Hee’s best friend, and I hope that chemistry is captured well in the film.”
“Love in the Big City” will premiere on October 1. Check out a trailer for the film here!
