SM Entertainment Briefly Comments Regarding New Report On Taeil's Case

SM Entertainment has released a brief statement regarding the latest report on Taeil’s ongoing investigation on the suspicion of sexual assault.
On October 7, Chosun Ilbo reported that Taeil is being investigated under the suspicion of aggravated quasi-rape for an offense allegedly committed with two of his acquaintances against an intoxicated woman. According to the report, after Taeil was investigated by the Bangbae Police Station in Seoul, he was transferred to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office on September 12.
In response to the report on Taeil’s specific charges, SM Entertainment briefly stated, “It is difficult to comment as the matter is currently under investigation.”
Earlier in August, Taeil left NCT following sexual offense allegations.
