“Spice Up Our Love,” the spin-off drama of “No Gain No Love” has released an adorable behind-the-scenes video!

“Spice Up Our Love” is a fantasy romance drama about Nam Ja Yeon (Han Ji Hyun), a writer of a steamy R-rated web novel who unexpectedly finds herself transported into her own story as the female lead Seo Yeon Seo. She soon becomes tangled in an unpredictable romance with her novel’s male protagonist Kang Ha Joon (Lee Sang Yi).

“Spice Up Our Love” (the original Korean title literally translates to “The CEO’s Menu”) is the title of Nam Ja Yeon’s web novel in the original series “No Gain No Love,” and the spin-off largely takes place within the world of that novel.

In the newly released behind-the-scenes video, Han Ji Hyun and Lee Sang Yi showcase their bubbly personalities and playful chemistry, exchanging jokes, impersonating one another, and playfully teasing throughout the shoot. At one point, Lee Sang Yi strikes an exaggerated, grand entrance pose, prompting a laughing Han Ji Hyun to quip, “You look like a magician!”

In another scene, where Han Ji Hyun’s character is stuck in a freezer, she playfully suggests getting into a box and jokes, “I think I could actually fit inside this box, but then it might turn into a horror movie, right?”

During their final passionate kiss scene, the mood lightens once again when Han Ji Hyun bursts into laughter, exclaiming, “He ate my cheek!” as the two actors can’t help but crack up.
