Get ready for another flashback from Shin Hae Sun and Lee Jin Uk’s past relationship on ENA’s “Dear Hyeri”!

“Dear Hyeri” is a romance drama starring Shin Hae Sun as Joo Eun Ho, a news anchor who develops dissociative identity disorder following the disappearance of her younger sibling and her breakup with her longtime boyfriend Jung Hyun Oh (played by Lee Jin Uk).

Previously on “Dear Hyeri,” the story behind Jung Hyun Oh’s five grandmothers was revealed—along with the reason he could not marry Eun Ho. Looking out for Eun Ho in his own way, Hyun Oh turned down his dream job—an anchor spot on the 9 o’clock news—so that she could hold onto her spot on the noon news.

Newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming episode offer a glimpse of Hyun Oh and Eun Ho from eight years ago, when they were still a happy couple. When Hyun Oh gazes off into the distance with a serious expression, a concerned Eun Ho tenderly reaches out for his hand to comfort him.

Despite being in the office at work, the smitten couple seems to forget that they’re at the broadcast station as they get lost in one another’s eyes. As they hold hands and smile at each other with loving expressions, it’s clear just how much they meant to one another in the past.

The “Dear Hyeri” production team teased, “This is a scene that reveals that Eun Ho and Hyun Oh were lovers who found comfort in one another. Please keep an eye on the romance between Eun Ho and Hyun Oh, which will reach a new turning point as their entire history is finally revealed.”
