"Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born," "Iron Family," And "A Virtuous Business" All Soar To Their Highest Ratings Yet
Three new weekend dramas are gaining steam!
On October 13, tvN’s “Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born,” KBS 2TV’s “Iron Family,” and JTBC’s “A Virtuous Business” all earned their highest viewership ratings to date.
According to Nielsen Korea, “Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born” nearly doubled its ratings for its second episode, which scored a nationwide average of 8.2 percent—marking an impressive jump from its premiere the night before (which earned an average rating of 4.8 percent).
“Iron Family” also reached a new all-time high with its sixth episode, which scored an average nationwide rating of 16.0 percent—making it the most-watched program of any kind to air this entire week.
Finally, “A Virtuous Business” enjoyed its own rise in viewership for its second episode, which earned an average nationwide rating of 4.5 percent.
