Park Bo Young Transforms Into A Warm-Hearted ICU Nurse In New Drama "Light Shop"
Disney+’s upcoming drama “Light Shop” has shared new stills featuring Park Bo Young!
“Light Shop” follows the story of a unique lamp store that illuminates a dark alley and draws in mysterious guests with hidden secrets. The series is based on a webtoon by artist Kang Full. After writing the drama adaptation of his webtoon “Moving,” Kang Full also wrote the script for this project, which marks actor Kim Hee Won’s directorial debut.
The newly released stills below capture Park Bo Young, who transforms into Young Ji, a warm-hearted nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Young Ji prioritizes the recovery of her patients above all else and maintains a bright demeanor while working in the ward.
However, in another set of stills, Young Ji is seen with a completely different facial expression, her eyes filled with fear as she looks at something, raising viewers’ curiosity.
Park Bo Young remarked, “I had trust in the project because I had read Kang Full’s webtoon. I didn’t hesitate to join since it is directed by Kim Hee Won.”
Actor Kim Hee Won, who is making his directorial debut with this series, also expressed, “I hoped that Bo Young would be able to show a new side of herself through this project. I am very grateful that she decided to join us.”
“Light Shop,” which consists of a total of eight episodes, will premiere four episodes on December 4, followed by two episodes each week for the next two weeks.
Until then, watch Park Bo Young in “Doom at Your Service”:
