Kim Sung Kyun has shared his thoughts on his upcoming drama “The Fiery Priest 2”!
SBS’s “The Fiery Priest,” which first aired in 2019 and recorded a peak viewership rating of 22.0 percent, is about a Catholic priest with anger management issues and a cowardly detective who work together to solve a murder case. Kim Nam Gil, Lee Ha Nee, Kim Sung Kyun, and more from Season 1 will be reprising their roles in the upcoming season.

In this season, Goo Dae Young assists Kim Hae Il with greater precision and excitement than before. Now the head of the violent crimes unit at the Gudam Police Station, he demonstrates his work-life balance approach by effectively communicating with his junior officers during the day and leading efforts to solve cases quickly.
At night, he becomes a night guy, dedicated to taking down criminals and often going undercover in his car. In the interrogation room, Goo Dae Young also displays fierce determination, hinting at his direct investigation style. With enhanced righteousness and outstanding chemistry, viewers can expect Goo Dae Young’s dynamic performance to bring both laughter and emotional depth alongside Kim Hae Il.
