Lee Min Ki, Han Ji Hyeon, Lee Yi Kyung, And Jeon Bae Soo Showcase Distinct Personalities In Upcoming Drama 'Face Me'

KBS2’s upcoming drama “Face Me” has unveiled captivating character posters that highlight the themes of surgery and crime!

“Face Me” is a mystery thriller that follows the unlikely partnership between cold plastic surgeon Cha Jeong Woo (Lee Min Ki) and passionate detective Lee Min Hyeong (Han Ji Hyeon), who team up to solve crimes by utilizing reconstructive surgeries for the victims.

The newly released character posters featuring four unique characters: Cha Jeong Woo, Lee Min Hyeong, Han Woo Jin (Lee Yi Kyung), and Kim Seok Hoon (Jeon Bae Soo). Each poster includes keywords related to the characters, generating interest in the drama.

Cha Jeong Woo stands out with a serious demeanor, accompanied by the words “God of Surgery,” “Plastic Surgery,” and “K-beauty.” These terms highlight his significance in the K-plastic surgery industry, justifying his title as “God of Surgery.” The phrase “Secret Face” suggests that, despite his cold and resolute exterior, a different true self lies beneath.

Detective Lee Min Hyeong, a member of the violent crimes unit, is shown with wide eyes and a slightly bitten lip, reflecting her bold personality. Known for her fearless approach to cases, she even jumps into Jeong Woo’s car to chase suspects, showcasing her impulsive nature. With a positive attitude and a refusal to tolerate injustice, she represents a “True Face” full of warmth, making her a compelling character in the story.

Woo Jin represents the ideal cosmetic surgeon. The phrase “Multi Face” suggests that he is committed to providing excellent service and takes pride in his own appearance. While he may seem chatty and somewhat superficial, he also shows surprising depth and is attentive to those around him. Although he and Jeong Woo have completely opposite personalities, they share a close friendship and are expected to showcase unique bromance chemistry.

Finally, Seok Hoon serves as the director of KSH Plastic Surgery, providing stability and leadership. With a “Business Face,” he has built a successful practice in Gangnam over the past decade, attracting patients without needing extensive promotion. Aware of Jeong Woo’s past, Seok Hoon intentionally assigns him to perform emergency surgery on crime victims to protect him. This raises questions about Seok Hoon’s intentions for Jeong Woo and the intertwined stories between the two characters.

The production team said, “In these character posters, we showcased the distinct personalities of Cha Jeong Woo, Lee Min Hyeong, Han Woo Jin, and Kim Seok Hoon through unique keywords. The fresh interactions among these four characters will not only energize the drama but also add excitement as they pursue cases that combine surgery and crime.”

“Face Me” will premiere on November 6 at 9:50 p.m. KST, following the conclusion of “Dog Knows Everything.” Check out the drama’s latest teaser here!
