Disney+’s upcoming original series “Gangnam B-Side” has unveiled a gripping main poster and trailer!
“Gangnam B-Side” is a crime drama about a detective, a prosecutor, and a mysterious broker, each following different leads to find Jae Hee, the missing ace of a club. Directed and written by Park Nu Ri, known for the film “Money,” the series stars Jo Woo Jin, Ji Chang Wook, Ha Yun Kyung, and BIBI.
The newly released main poster showcases the striking visuals and unique styles of four characters—Kang Dong Woo (Jo Woo Jin), Yoon Gil Ho (Ji Chang Wook), Min Seo Jin (Ha Yun Kyung), and Jae Hee (BIBI)—who are connected by a missing persons case that has captured attention across the Gangnam area.
The tagline, “A series of disappearances; the chase to uncover the truth begins,” hints at incredible events set against the familiar backdrop of Gangnam. It suggests that characters with different motives will take part in a suspenseful pursuit, increasing the drama’s appeal.
The new main trailer released alongside hints at an exciting chase involving the missing Jae Hee. As various characters emerge in the heart of Gangnam, anticipation for the series builds.
Veteran detective Kang Dong Woo ramps up the tension with his fearless investigation, getting closer to uncovering the case’s truth. A worried voice cautions, “You can’t mess with it,” while Kang Dong Woo’s furious shout, “Who is it, the person above you?” hints at a much larger story unfolding, sparking further intrigue.
Prosecutor Min Seo Jin is another key character, driven by her desire for a promotion. She refers to herself as a “promotion-crazed woman” but warns that “all the dirty connections will be exposed.” This internal conflict between ambition and integrity adds depth to the story.
The trailer also showcases the tense dynamic between broker Yoon Gil Ho, who states, “I’m going to do things my way,” and Kang Dong Woo, who replies, “It’s better for us to quietly work as a team.” This suggests a precarious partnership that goes beyond the usual detective-suspect relationship, increasing curiosity.
Finally, viewers are drawn to the mysterious item Jae Hee held before her disappearance and the truth that the investigation ultimately reveals.
