Lee Sun Bin Reported + Kim Young Dae, Ra Mi Ran, And Jo Ah Ram In Talks To Star In New Drama
Lee Sun Bin, Kim Young Dae, Ra Mi Ran, and Jo Ah Ram may be joining forces for a new drama!
On October 25, JTBC Entertainment News reported that Lee Sun Bin, Kim Young Dae, Ra Mi Ran, and Jo Ah Ram will star in MBC’s upcoming drama “Let’s Go to the Moon” (literal title).
While Lee Sun Bin’s agency has yet to comment on the report, Kim Young Dae’s agency Outer Universe shared that he has indeed received an offer to star in the drama. Additionally, Ra Mi Ran and Jo Ah Ram’s respective agencies stated, “They are positively considering their offers.”
“Let’s Go to the Moon” explores the lives of young people who are growing poorer despite living in a world of abundance. The drama tackles issues such as unstable jobs, workplace injustices, and rising household debt as it follows individuals with ordinary ambitions embarking on an extraordinary journey.
Lee Sun Bin has reportedly been offered the role of Jung Da Hae, a non-regular employee in the marketing and PR team at Maron Confectionery. Struggling with a bleak and hopeless life, she chooses to embark on a special journey daring to reach for the moon.
Kim Young Dae will reportedly star as Ham Ji Woo, a director in the Big Data Task Force team, also known as “Professor Ham.” He appears to be the perfect second-generation chaebol with both looks and skills. However, after meeting Jung Da Hae, he begins to rediscover his lost dreams and buried hopes.
Ra Mi Ran and Jo Ah Ram will reportedly portray Lee Sun Bin’s coworkers: Kang Eun Sang, a non-regular employee in the management support team, and Kim Ji Song, a non-regular employee in the accounting team, respectively. Kang Eun Sang is constantly thinking of ways to make money due to a past that turned her life upside down, while Kim Ji Song lives by the motto, “Let your left hand spend what your right hand has earned.”
“Let’s Go to the Moon” is slated to air next year. Stay tuned for more updates!
