Watch: Kim Nam Gil, Honey Lee, Kim Sung Kyun, BIBI, And More Gather To Fight Against Drug Organization In New “The Fiery Priest 2” Teaser

Upcoming Friday-Saturday drama “The Fiery Priest” Season 2 has unveiled the second teaser ahead of its premiere!

SBS’s “The Fiery Priest,” which first aired in 2019 and recorded a peak viewership rating of 22.0 percent, is about a Catholic priest with anger management issues and a cowardly detective as they work together to solve a murder case. Kim Nam Gil, Honey Lee, Kim Sung Kyun, and more from Season 1 will be reprising their roles in the upcoming season.

The new teaser opens with Kim Hae Il (Kim Nam Gil) confidently striding through a hospital hallway as he exits an intensive care unit. His voiceover states, “You can’t accompany me because it’s too dangerous. This is the mission for Bellato this time.” Despite his directive, the original crew—including Goo Dae Young (Kim Sung Kyun), Oh Yo Han (Go Kyu Pil), and Park Kyung Sun (Honey Lee)—heads to Busan, signaling an escalated and chaotic battle ahead.

Joining the original crew is Goo Ja Young (BIBI), a passionate detective from the drug investigation unit who expresses her determination, saying, “If I can catch a drug peddler, what wouldn’t I become?”

The teaser also features prosecutor Nam Du Heon (Seo Hyun Woo) having a secretive conversation with Kim Hong Sik (Sung Joon), the deputy leader of a drug organization who exudes a chilling aura. This exchange hints at Nam Du Heon’s corrupt nature and ambitions for power, which will add more tension to the upcoming drama.

“The Fiery Priest 2” is set to premiere on November 8 at 10 p.m. KST as the follow-up to “The Judge from Hell.”
