Kim Yun Seok And Lee Seung Gi Are Father And Son With An Awkward Relationship In Upcoming Film “About Family”
The upcoming film “About Family” has dropped new stills featuring Lee Seung Gi and Kim Yun Seok!
“About Family” tells the story of the owner of Pyungmanok, a popular dumpling restaurant, who suddenly finds himself living with unexpected guests—two adorable grandchildren he never knew he had. Ham Moo Ok (Kim Yun Seok), the owner of the restaurant, believed his family line had ended when his son Ham Moon Seok (Lee Seung Gi) became a monk.
The newly released stills depict a tense and awkward moment between father and son, whose relationship has grown distant since the son left home. The images capture an uncomfortable atmosphere, with the two sitting side by side at an amusement park, engaged in conversation.
After the Ham family’s lineage was severed, their communication stopped. Ham Moo Ok and Ham Moon Seok sit far apart, creating an unease that’s more intense than the typical father-son dynamic. The photos raise questions about the event that brings these estranged family members together at the amusement park.
The film, which builds anticipation with its stills depicting the conflict between the two and the unfolding story, is expected to resonate with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
“About Family” is set to hit theaters on December 11.
