"EXchange" Confirms Production Of Spin-Off Show And Broadcast Plans
A spin-off program of TVING’s popular reality dating show “EXchange” (also known as “Transit Love”) is being produced!
On November 20, TVING confirmed the production of “EXchange: Another Beginning” (literal translation), which is a spin-off of the TVING original series “EXchange.”
“EXchange” is a unique dating show in which a number of ex-couples live together in a house while going through dating missions to build new relationships with other contestants. At the end of the season, the participants must decide whether to rekindle old flames or pursue new romances with people they’ve met on the show. Earlier this month, TVING revealed the lineup of its original programs for 2025 including Season 4 of “EXchange.”
“EXchange: Another Beginning” will feature some of the cast members from the “EXchange” series, which first aired in 2021, and will depict the stories that unfold as the cast members go on a trip together. Viewers’ anticipation is high for the chemistry between those who did not become a couple when the show aired as they meet cast members from different seasons as well as updates on the current statuses of those who became a couple.
The production team remarked, “We started this spin-off with the idea of what it would be like if the cast members, who elicited empathy by showing their honest selves between their exes and new crushes, gathered again in one place. We ask for your interest in the stories that will unfold in the new travel destinations.”
“EXchange: Another Beginning” is scheduled to air in early 2025.
