Ha Ji Won, Ju Ji Hoon, Oh Jung Se, Cha Joo Young, And Nana In Talks To Star In New Political Drama
Ha Ji Won, Ju Ji Hoon, Oh Jung Se, Cha Joo Young, and Nana may be teaming up for an exciting new drama!
On November 25, TV Daily reported that the five actors will star in the upcoming political drama “Climax” (literal title).
In response to the report, representatives from Ju Ji Hoon and Ha Ji Won’s agencies shared, “They have received offers for ‘Climax’ and are currently reviewing them.”
Similarly, agencies of Oh Jung Se, Cha Joo Young, and Nana stated that they have received offers for the series and are positively reviewing them.
“Climax” is set against the backdrop of South Korea’s powerful financial and entertainment industries, telling the story of a married couple with insatiable ambition who climb to the top by stepping on each other. Ha Ji Won has been offered the role of the female lead, while Ju Ji Hoon is in talks for the male lead.
The series will be written and directed by Lee Ji Won, who won the New Director Award at the Baeksang Arts Awards for the film “Miss Baek.”
Filming for “Climax” is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2025, with a planned release in 2026. Stay tuned for updates!
