Hwang In Youp, Jung Chaeyeon, And Bae Hyeon Seong Share Closing Remarks Ahead Of “Family By Choice” Finale

The stars of “Family by Choice” have shared their final remarks ahead of the drama’s finale!

“Family by Choice” is a JTBC romance drama about three people who reconnect after spending 10 years living together as a family and another 10 years living apart as strangers. During their adolescence, Kim San Ha (Hwang In Youp), Yoon Ju Won (Jung Chaeyeon), and Kang Hae Jun (Bae Hyeon Seong) are raised together by Kim San Ha’s father Kim Dae Uk (Choi Moo Sung), and Yoon Ju Won’s father Yoon Jeong Jae (Choi Won Young).

Ahead of the finale, the cast members shared their final message with viewers.

Hwang In Youp, who portrays Kim San Ha, expressed, “I was truly happy and grateful to live as Kim San Ha throughout the filming. It’s so sad and disappointing to say goodbye to San Ha now.”

He continued, “It was an honor to be part of ‘Family by Choice’ alongside the director, the entire staff, and my fellow actors. I sincerely thank all the viewers who watched and supported our drama with so much love and attention. I hope ‘Family by Choice’ becomes a cherished memory in everyone’s hearts.”

Jung Chaeyeon, who stars as Yoon Ju Won, shared, “Thanks to ‘Family by Choice,’ my 2024 felt like another chapter of youth. It was work that was hot, intense, exciting, and happy for me. I laughed and cried a lot while greeting everyone as Yoon Ju Won. It was a meaningful and joyful time.”

She added, “I wished the shoot would never end, so I hope that ‘Family by Choice’ remains in your hearts. I will also keep it in my heart.”

Bae Hyeon Seong, who plays Kang Hae Jun, commented, “Thanks to meeting Hae Jun in ‘Family by Choice,’ I think I’ve gained good colleagues and good friends with whom I can share both happiness and sadness, just like San Ha, Ju Won, and Hae Jun in the drama. It will remain a special and deeply cherished memory for me.”

He added, “I’d like to thank everyone who watched, cherished, and loved the drama ‘Family by Choice.’ It’s a drama that will warm your heart every time you revisit it. I hope you’ll watch it again whenever you think of the people of Haedong.”
