Han Seung Woo Parts Ways With IST Entertainment After 8 Years
Han Seung Woo has officially parted ways with IST Entertainment, his agency since his debut in 2016.
On November 27, IST Entertainment announced that Han Seung Woo’s exclusive contract with the agency had ended.
IST Entertainment’s full statement reads as follows:
Hello, this is IST Entertainment.
We would like to express our gratitude to the fans who have loved and supported our artist Han Seung Woo.
We are sharing an official statement regarding the expiration of Han Seung Woo’s exclusive contract and his future activities.
After extensive and thoughtful discussions leading up to the expiration of his contract, both parties have mutually agreed to respect each other’s decisions and concluded the exclusive contract.
Although IST Entertainment’s journey with Han Seung Woo has unfortunately come to an end, we sincerely support his new growth and bright future, recognizing his limitless potential.
We kindly ask for your warm encouragement and continued love as Han Seung Woo embarks on a new beginning.

Hello, this is Han Seung Woo.
After 10 years together from my trainee days until now, I have reached the end of my journey with IST Entertainment.
Having witnessed the company’s transitions from A Cube, Plan A, Play M, and IST, this company holds significant meaning to me.
Although starting anew feels a bit unfamiliar, I will continue to draw strength from HAN_A and the unwavering support of everyone who has cheered for my life and my music.
Driven by my commitment to creating my own music, I will continue to work hard as I move forward.

Han Seung Woo debuted with VICTON in 2016 and gained further recognition after successfully joining X1 following his appearance on Mnet’s “Produce X 101” in 2019. After completing his military service last year, he released his first single album “SCENE” in June and has been actively pursuing solo activities.
