“When The Phone Rings” To Not Air For 2 Weeks In Mid-December
“When the Phone Rings” will take a two-week hiatus in December.
According to MBC’s “When the Phone Rings” production team on November 28, the drama will not air on December 14 and 20.
On December 14, a special documentary celebrating Han Kang, the first Korean to win the Nobel Prize in Literature, will take its slot. On December 20, a recap of Episodes 1 to 7 will be broadcast.
Based on a popular web novel, “When the Phone Rings” tells the story of Baek Sa Eon (Yoo Yeon Seok) and Hong Hee Joo (Chae Soo Bin), a couple that married for convenience—and the romance that blossoms between them after a threatening phone call.
“When the Phone Rings” airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM KST.
