Han Ji Hyeon has visited Viki Cafe in celebration of International K-Drama Day!
On November 25 KST, global OTT platform Rakuten Viki, which hosted its second worldwide celebration of International K-Drama Day on November 29, held a YouTube Live broadcast with Han Ji Hyeon, who is currently starring in the on-air drama “Face Me” as Lee Min Hyeong.
During the live event, Han Ji Hyeon participated in the Viki Stone Stack segment where she answered fan-submitted questions.
When asked how she would rate her chemistry with her co-star Lee Min Ki, Han Ji Hyeon replied, “I think it is 100 percent. He leads very well and is very warm and kind on set, so I was very thankful. His character is not very warm, but the actor himself is.”
The actress also shared the character that she is most similar to is Do Hae Yi from “Cheer Up,” remarking, “I acted the character while reminiscing my days in college.”
Reflecting on how she became an actress, Han Ji Hyeon revealed that she won a scholarship contest to an acting school for one year of free tuition. After numerous attempts, she finally pass her audition for her iconic role in “The Penthouse,” eventually leading to her current role in “Face Me.”
In addition to answering questions from fans, Han Ji Hyeon played a K-drama quiz, and following the live broadcast, Han Ji Hyeon participated in live video calls with lucky Viki fans.
