BTS Makes YouTube History As 1st Group Ever To Hit 1 Billion Views With 7 MVs
BTS has set a new record on YouTube!
According to BIGHIT MUSIC, on November 28 at 11:16 p.m. KST, BTS’s music video for their 2021 smash hit “Butter” surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube. “Butter” is the group’s seventh music video to reach the milestone, following “Fake Love,” “DNA,” “Boy With Luv,” “Dynamite,” “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix),” and “IDOL.”
With this latest achievement, BTS has become the first group in YouTube history to hit 1 billion views with seven different music videos.
BTS originally released the music video for “Butter” on May 21, 2021 at 1 p.m. KST, meaning that it took approximately 3 years, 6 months, 7 days, and 10 hours to hit the 1 billion mark.
