December Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety stars!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular entertainers, using big data collected from November 1 to December 1.

Yoo Jae Suk topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 6,065,031 marking a 17.79 percent increase in his score since November. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “You Quiz on the Block,” “Running Man,” and “How Do You Play?”, while his highest-ranking related terms included “talk,” “empathize,” and “challenge.” Yoo Jae Suk’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 89.47 percent positive reactions.

Meanwhile, Kim Jong Kook took second place for the month with a brand reputation index of 4,272,319.

Jun Hyun Moo rose to third place with a brand reputation index of 3,035,081, marking a 5.38 percent increase in his score since last month.

Shin Dong Yup ranked fourth with a brand reputation index of 2,754,250, while Tak Jae Hoon came in at a close fifth with a score of 2,560,475.
