Watch: Kim Hae Sook And Jung Ji So Contemplate Whether To Choose Revenge Or Dreams In Teaser For "Who Is She!"
KBS2’s upcoming drama “Who Is She!” has unveiled a new teaser!
A remake of the famous film “Miss Granny,” which has spawned multiple remakes in other countries, “Who Is She!” is a music romance drama about a woman in her 70s who suddenly transforms into a 20-year-old and gets a second chance at living out her dreams.
Kim Hae Sook will star as Oh Mal Soon, a grandmother who unexpectedly finds herself training to debut as an idol after she returns to her 20-year-old body. Jung Ji So plays the younger version of Mal Soon, Oh Doo Ri, a passionate and determined young woman striving to make her unfulfilled dreams come true.
The teaser opens with a haunting line from Mal Soon that alludes to a painful moment in her past when someone wronged her: “The one who loses something is worse than the one who took it away.” The scene then shifts to her younger self, Doo Ri, who questions, “If I had to choose only one thing—to either achieve a 50-year dream or pay back my enemy—what would it be?” Afterwards, Doo Ri is shown struggling through the demanding life of a trainee, determined to overcome the obstacles in her path.
Hinting at the inner turmoil Doo Ri will face as the story unfolds, the emotional teaser ends with her asking, “Shouldn’t I at least have no regrets?”
