The highly anticipated tvN variety show “Rented in Finland” has unveiled an exciting teaser ahead of its premiere tonight!
“Rented in Finland” follows the chaotic yet healing journey of four city actors—Lee Je Hoon, Lee Dong Hwi, ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo, and Kwak Dong Yeon—as they immerse themselves in the rural village lifestyle in Finland.
In the pre-released clip from Episode 1, the cast arrives in Lapland, Finland’s northernmost region. Driving down a secluded, tree-lined road leading to their home, Lee Dong Hwi remarks, “It feels like we’re entering a fairytale.” As he looks at the map, Kwak Dong Yeon exclaims, “It’s at the very end of the road!” while Cha Eun Woo adds, “It’s right in front of the lake!” Kwak Dong Yeon quips, “It’s impossible to get there without a car,” highlighting their astonishment at the home’s remote location.
Upon arrival, they meet the homeowner Aleksi, who introduces them to their surroundings starting with the lake he calls their “private swimming pool” as there’s no one living within a 5-kilometer radius. In awe, Cha Eun Woo marvels, “I think this is the largest ‘pool’ in the world.”
However, their excitement is short-lived when Aleksi reveals, “The water is very warm. You can swim, use it for dishes, showers, and everything.” The cast is taken aback as they realize they’ll be taking showers in the lake—a twist that kicks off their rural adventure with a mix of surprise and humor.
