December Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for male idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups, using big data collected from November 7 to December 7.
SEVENTEEN topped the list with a brand reputation index of 6,106,152, marking a 33.82 percent increase in their score since November. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “CARAT,” “Billboard,” and “Tokyo Dome concert,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “perform,” “sing along,” and “sell out.” SEVENTEEN’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.20 percent positive reactions.
BIGBANG shot to second place after seeing a whopping 341.34 percent rise in their brand reputation index since last month, bringing their total score to 4,696,756 for December.
Meanwhile, BTS took third place with a brand reputation index of 4,533,725.
Stray Kids ranked fourth for the month with a brand reputation index of 2,540,005 for December.
Finally, NCT came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 2,465,199.
