Go Soo Meets With An Inmate Who Gave Birth In Prison On "Parole Examiner Lee"

tvN’s “Parole Examiner Lee” has shared a sneak peek of Go Soo’s next case!

“Parole Examiner Lee” tells the story of lawyer Lee Han Shin (Go Soo), who becomes a parole officer responsible for making final decisions on inmate paroles. Lee Han Shin is determined to prevent inmates who show little remorse for their crimes from obtaining parole through money, connections, or deceitful tactics.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming episode, the normally tough Lee Han Shin unexpectedly reveals his soft side around an adorable baby. The baby in question belongs to Heo Eun Ji (Hwang Se In), an inmate who gave birth in prison and has since been raising her child while incarcerated.

Because her child must legally leave the prison at 18 months of age, Heo Eun Ji has applied for parole so she can stay with her baby. However, as the drama has made clear thus far, it isn’t easy to be approved for parole—and the serious look on Lee Han Shin’s face as he meets with Heo Eun Ji suggests that the road ahead may be a bumpy one.

Meanwhile, another photo offers a glimpse of Hwang Seok Jeong’s special appearance as a fellow inmate who shares a room with Heo Eun Ji.
