Kwon Sang Woo Returns With A Smoking Pencil In Poster For Upcoming Action Comedy Film "Hitman 2"

Kwon Sang Woo’s highly-anticipated film “Hitman 2” is set to premiere next month!

A sequel to the 2020 hit film “Hitman: Agent Jun,” which attracted over 2 million moviegoers, Hitman 2 is an action-comedy about Jun (Kwon Sang Woo), a once-famous webtoon author who has fallen from grace and is now mocked for his “braindead” plot. When a terrorist attack mimics his latest ambitious webtoon, Jun is falsely accused of being a criminal overnight.

Original stars Kwon Sang Woo, Jung Joon Ho, Lee Yi Kyung, Hwang Woo Seul Hye, and Lee Ji Won will reprise their roles, while Kim Sung Oh will be joining the cast as a new character.

In a newly released poster for the film, Jun is captured against the backdrop of a dazzling city skyline, standing in the dark with his back turned. The smoke rising from the pencil in his hand builds anticipation for his impactful return and the intense action that will unfold once again, just like in the previous film.

The caption “HITMAN IS BACK” also adds to the excitement by announcing Jun’s return.

“Hitman 2” is set to hit theaters in January 2025.
