Han Ji Eun has shared her thoughts on her upcoming drama “When the Stars Gossip”!

“When the Stars Gossip” will tell the unlikely love story of Commander Eve Kim (Gong Hyo Jin), who works at a zero-gravity space station, and Gong Ryong (Lee Min Ho), a tourist at the space station who has arrived with a secret mission.

Han Ji Eun plays Choi Go Eun, the beautiful, intelligent, and competent CEO of MZ Electronics. As heir to MZ Group—a household name in South Korea—Choi Go Eun is considered everyone’s ideal type. However, she has distanced herself from love, convinced there isn’t a single trustworthy man on Earth.

Speaking about Choi Go Eun, Han Ji Eun shared, “She’s a magnificent modern woman, the heir to the giant MZ Group, with great abilities, but deep down, she harbors pain from her personal life as well as a thirst for love.”

She continued, “While acting, I tried to perfectly embody all sides of her. Since she is someone who strives to keep her work and personal life separate, I portrayed her as proud and confident in her professional life while highlighting her pure-hearted nature in matters of love. I wanted to express the human side of a character who is admired by everyone but harbors pain on the inside.”

Han Ji Eun also explained her approach to styling the character. She shared, “To emphasize her charisma as CEO Choi Go Eun, the heir of MZ Electronics, I used strong and sharp outfit styles. Since she’s a proud person who hides her wounds, I opted for vibrant primary colors and sleek, straight hair to maintain a polished look. I paid close attention to every detail, from attires to hairstyles, so viewers can feel the character’s essence even in the smallest details.”

In conclusion, Han Ji Eun remarked, “Many might expect ‘When the Stars Gossip’ to be glamorous since it’s set in space and MZ Group serves as the backdrop, but it’s actually a human drama that depicts ordinary people’s lives.
