Hwang Minhyun’s highly-anticipated drama “Study Group” has finally unveiled its first poster and teaser!

Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, “Study Group” is a high school action-comedy about Yoon Ga Min, a student who dreams of excelling academically but is only gifted in fighting. At a high school notorious for being one of the worst in the world, he forms a study group and dives into the ruthless world of college entrance exams.

Hwang Minhyun stars as Yoon Ga Min, the leader of the study group. While his glasses and clean-cut image make him look like a model student, he actually ranks near the bottom academically and is only skilled in fighting. Despite this, Yoon Ga Min sits diligently at his desk with the goal of going to college. However, when his study group friends get bullied, he unleashes his hidden brute strength and martial arts skills to fend off those who threaten his friends and disrupt his studies.

The newly released poster captures Yoon Ga Min at the problematic Yusung Technical High School. Unfazed by the chaotic classroom filled with flying test papers, chairs, torn-up notebooks, and shattered pencils, he maintains his focus on the blackboard. The tagline, “Want to study with me?” hints at the tumultuous journey of this fighting genius as he sets out to form his study group.

In the teaser, Yoon Ga Min adjusts his glasses before launching a powerful airborne punch. The narration, “Found it—the gaze willing to study,” builds anticipation for how he will create a study group in a school as unruly as his.
