"When The Phone Rings" Heads Into 2nd Half On Its Highest Ratings Yet
MBC’s “When the Phone Rings” wrapped up the first half of its run on a new all-time high in viewership!
On December 14, the romance thriller achieved its highest ratings yet ahead of its second half. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “When the Phone Rings” scored an average nationwide rating of 6.9 percent, marking a new personal record for the drama.
Meanwhile, tvN’s “Love Your Enemy” kicked off the second half of its run on its highest ratings to date for a Saturday (when its ratings have typically been lower compared to Sundays). The latest episode of the romantic comedy earned an average nationwide rating of 5.1 percent.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Iron Family” remained the most-watched program of any kind to air on Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 14.5 percent.
SBS’s “The Fiery Priest 2,” JTBC’s “The Tale of Lady Ok,” and Channel A’s “Marry YOU” all took the night off due to the National Assembly vote on the second motion to impeach President Yoon Suk Yeol.
