ENA’s upcoming drama “Namib” has shared a highlight teaser!

“Namib” depicts the meeting of former entertainment agency CEO Kang Soo Hyun (Go Hyun Jung) and longtime trainee Yoo Jin Woo (Ryeoun), who gets kicked out of his agency, as they each head toward their respective goals.

The released video begins with a conversation at a negotiation table between star producer Kang Soo Hyun and trainee Yoo Jin Woo, shedding light on their relationship as they join hands to achieve their goals. During a discussion with her former agency’s CEO, Kang Soo Hyun recognizes potential in Yoo Jin Woo, who boldly speaks his mind without hesitation. She begins to form a grand plan to achieve her goals through him, stating her intention to secure her son Shim Jin Woo’s (Lee Jin Woo’s) future by investing in Yoo Jin Woo.

Kang Soo Hyun, who has been preparing to purchase a sock factory to ensure a stable future for her hearing-impaired son Shim Jin Woo, encourages him with words like, “You can do it, you’re capable too,” to boost his self-esteem. Yoo Jin Woo, seemingly touched by Kang Soo Hyun’s fierce maternal devotion, accepts her offer, pledging to protect Shim Jin Woo from school bullying.

However, contrary to Kang Soo Hyun’s expectations, her husband Shim Joon Suk (Yoon Sang Hyun), a former music producer, recognizes Yoo Jin Woo’s deep-rooted fear of failure and opposes the plan. Yoo Jin Woo’s friend Chris (Lee Ki Taek) also urges him to give up on the challenge.

As the opposition around him causes Yoo Jin Woo’s self-esteem to hit rock bottom, Kang Soo Hyun embraces him, saying, “For someone to soar, someone else must hold them up.” With Kang Soo Hyun’s unwavering support, Yoo Jin Woo gradually regains his confidence.
