Song Kang Ho Confirmed To Make Special Appearance In Netflix's "Beef" Season 2
Actor Song Kang Ho is set to appear in the second season of “Beef”!
On December 19 (local time), an American media outlet reported that Song Kang Ho will be joining Season 2 of the Netflix series “Beef.”
In response to the report, Song Kang Ho’s agency Sublime Artist Agency confirmed on December 20, “It is true that actor Song Kang Ho will appear in Season 2 of ‘Beef.’ He will make a special appearance.”
While details about Song Kang Ho’s role have not been revealed, anticipation is high for the dynamic presence Song Kang Ho will bring to this international production.
The first season of “Beef” received critical acclaim and won five Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Limited Series, Outstanding Writing, and Outstanding Lead Actor. The new season, consisting of eight episodes, follows the story of a young couple who witnesses an alarming fight between their boss and his wife. This incident sets off a series of chess moves within the elitist world of a country club and its Korean billionaire owner, a role Youn Yuh Jung will portray.
The upcoming season will be directed by Korean creator and showrunner Lee Sung Jin, with Season 1 stars Steven Yeun and Ali Wong returning as executive producers.
