“Harbin” Surpasses 1 Million Moviegoers In Just 2 Days
“Harbin” is making a powerful debut at the Korean box office!
On December 25, the Korean Film Council announced that “Harbin” had officially reached 1,001,074 moviegoers that afternoon. Released on December 24, the film achieved this milestone in just two days, making it the fastest winter release ever to do so.
Set in 1909 and starring Hyun Bin as Ahn Jung Geun, “Harbin” is a historical spy thriller about resistance fighters aiming to end the Japanese occupation of Korea. In addition to Hyun Bin, the movie also stars Park Jung Min, Jeon Yeo Been, Lee Dong Wook, Jo Woo Jin, Park Hoon, Yoo Jae Myung, Lily Franky, and more.
