"Firefighters" Surpasses 3 Million Moviegoers
“Firefighters” has just reached an exciting milestone at the Korean box office!
On December 27, the Korean Film Council announced that as of 9:50 a.m. KST, “Firefighters” had officially surpassed 3 million moviegoers.
The star-studded film was originally released on December 4, meaning that it took less than 24 days to hit the 3 million mark.
“Firefighters,” which stars Joo Won, Yoo Jae Myung, Lee Yoo Young, Lee Jun Hyuk, and more, tells the real-life story of firefighters who responded to the fire disaster in the Hongje neighborhood of Seoul in March 2001.
