2024 SBS Entertainment Awards Confirms Rescheduled Date

The 2024 SBS Entertainment Awards will now take place on January 29.

On January 2 KST, SBS officially confirmed that the award ceremony, which was originally scheduled for December 31, 2024, has been rescheduled to coincide with the Lunar New Year. The original event was canceled following the tragic Jeju Air plane crash on December 29.

While some similar events were held as planned without live broadcasts, SBS chose to cancel the awards ceremony entirely as a mark of respect and to send condolences to those affected by the tragedy.

The Daesang (Grand Prize) nominees will remain the same. Check out the list of nominees here!
