Gong Hyo Jin, Oh Jung Se, And Heo Nam Jun's Space Experiments Don't Go As Planned In "When The Stars Gossip"

tvN’s upcoming drama “When the Stars Gossip” has shared a new glimpse of its space scientists at work!

“When the Stars Gossip” will tell the unlikely love story of Commander Eve Kim (Gong Hyo Jin), who works at a zero-gravity space station, and Gong Ryong (Lee Min Ho), a tourist at the space station who has arrived with a secret mission.

In the drama, Gong Hyo Jin, Oh Jung Se, Heo Nam Jun, and Lee Cho Hee will all play researchers on a mission to conduct various experiments on plants and animals in space. As they spend their every waking moment together with the fruit flies, lab mice, and plants used in their experiments, the scientists become closely attached to these living organisms.

Eve Kim (Gong Hyo Jin) and Lee Seung Joon (Heo Nam Jun) are tasked with conducting experiments on lab mice, while Kang Kang Soo (Oh Jung Se) is in charge of the fruit flies. In an attempt to find cures for human diseases, the three scientists do their best to successfully carry out their research under the challenging conditions they face in the zero-gravity space station. However, they find themselves struggling with many unexpected hurdles along the way.

Meanwhile, amidst the rise in global warming, Mina Lee (Lee Cho Hee) conducts research to see if crops can be cultivated in space. As her research is tied to the critical issue of human food, Mina Lee feels a strong sense of responsibility as she goes about her work, and she is constantly nervously checking whether her lettuce and tomatoes have sprouted mold.
