Ahn Jae Wook Dismisses Uhm Ji Won's Proposal With An Impolite Attitude In Upcoming Weekend Drama

KBS2’s upcoming weekend drama “Please Take Care of the Five Eagle Brothers” (literal translation) has unveiled new stills!

“Please Take Care of the Five Eagle Brothers” tells the story of the five brothers of the traditional brewery Eagle Brewery, which has been making traditional liquor for three generations, and their eldest sister-in-law, who suddenly becomes the head of the family after her husband’s unexpected death just ten days into their marriage.

Uhm Ji Won stars as Ma Kwang Sook, a bright and cheerful post office clerk with a bold personality and a knack for honesty. Ahn Jae Wook plays Han Dong Seok, the chairman of LX Hotel and an immensely wealthy chaebol who has a prickly and sensitive personality.

The newly released stills capture the tension between Kwang Sook and Dong Seok. Gwang Sook, who meets Dong Seok at the hotel to discuss a contract, makes him an unexpected proposal. However, Dong Seok, with his hands in his pockets, turns his head away in disinterest. Furthermore, even when Gwang Sook offers a suggestion filled with goodwill, Dong Seok cuts her off mid-sentence and turns his back on her. The contrast between Gwang Sook’s bright and cheerful demeanor and Dong Seok’s cold, piercing gaze raises questions about the circumstances that have entangled the two.

Another still, set inside a brewery, shows the two glaring sharply at each other, further heightening intrigue. Viewers are left curious to find out what will happen between the two characters, who seemingly are opposites in every aspect, and how their relationship will unfold.
