Disney+ Responds To Report About Season 2 Of Kim Hye Joon And Lee Dong Wook's "A Shop For Killers"
Kim Hye Joon and Lee Dong Wook’s hit drama “A Shop for Killers” is in positive discussions for a highly anticipated Season 2!
On December 31, STARNEWS reported that the Disney+ original series “A Shop for Killers” has been confirmed to return with Season 2, with filming set to begin in April 2025.
In response to the report, on January 2, a Disney+ representative commented, “Discussions are ongoing in a positive direction, but nothing has been finalized yet.”
Based on a novel by “The Killer’s Shopping List” author Kang Ji Young, “A Shop for Killers” is an action drama that tells the story of Jung Ji An (Kim Hye Joon). After her parents’ passing, Jung Ji An lives with her uncle Jin Man (Lee Dong Wook), who runs a shopping mall. However, following the sudden death of her uncle, Jung Ji An receives a dangerous inheritance and becomes the target of suspicious killers.
The series premiered on Disney+ in January last year. Discussions about Season 2 were also previously mentioned during the 2024 Disney+ Content Lineup Media Day held in March of last year.
