"Music Core" And "How Do You Play?" To Not Air Today Due To Jeju Air Plane Crash

MBC has cancelled today’s broadcasts of “Music Core” and “How Do You Play?” in the wake of the Jeju Air plane crash.

On January 4, MBC announced, “The MBC variety shows ‘Music Core’ and ‘How Do You Play?’, which were scheduled to air today, will not be airing. We ask for viewers’ understanding. Thank you.”

While “Music Core” and “How Do You Play?” are taking the night off, both “When the Phone Rings” and “The Manager” will air as usual.

South Korea’s official national mourning period for the Jeju Air plane crash, which took place on December 29, runs until the end of January 4.
