Kim Shin Rok And Kim Sung Cheol Join Han So Hee And Jeon Jong Seo In Upcoming Crime Film
Kim Shin Rok and Kim Sung Cheol will be teaming up with Han So Hee and Jeon Jong Seo in the upcoming film “Project Y” (working title)!
On January 6, it was reported that both actors have been cast in Han So Hee and Jeon Jong Seo’s film “Project Y.”
In response to the report, Kim Shin Rok’s agency Just Entertainment confirmed, “Kim Shin Rok has been cast in ‘Project Y.’” Similarly, Kim Sung Cheol’s agency Story J Company also stated, “It is true that he will appear in the film.”
Set in Seoul’s glamorous Gangnam district, “Project Y” is a crime film that follows Mi Seon (Han So Hee) and Do Kyung (Jeon Jong Seo), two close friends who have nothing but each other. Desperate to escape their harsh reality, they plot to steal 8 billion won (approximately $5.48 million) worth of gold bars and vanish without a trace.
Initially developed as an OTT series, the project transitioned into a film and has reportedly begun filming.
Kim Shin Rok will reportedly take on the role of Ga Young, Mi Seon and Do Kyung’s senior with a glamorous past. Meanwhile, Kim Sung Cheol will reportedly portray CEO To, a character set to showcase a completely new side of the actor. Notably, the two actors previously worked together in “Hellbound 2.”
