"Harbin" Surpasses 4 Million Moviegoers After Topping Box Office For 19 Days Straight
“Harbin” has reached another impressive milestone!
On January 11, the Korean Film Council announced that “Harbin” surpassed 4 million moviegoers. “Harbin” premiered on December 24, 2024 and topped the Korea box office for 19 consecutive days.
To celebrate the milestone, the actors including Hyun Bin, Jo Woo Jin, Park Hoon, and Lee Dong Wook as well as director Woo Min Ho expressed their gratitude through a video message thanking moviegoers.
Set in 1909 and starring Hyun Bin as Ahn Jung Geun, “Harbin” is a historical spy thriller about resistance fighters aiming to end the Japanese occupation of Korea. In addition to Hyun Bin, the movie also stars Lee Dong Wook, Park Jung Min, Jeon Yeo Been, Jo Woo Jin, Park Hoon, Yoo Jae Myung, and more.
