Channel A’s upcoming Saturday-Sunday drama “The Witch” has unveiled its first teaser!

Based on “Moving” author Kang Full’s webtoon, “The Witch” is a mystery romance that follows the story of a woman known as the “witch,” who was chased away from a village after all the men who fell in love with her died, and a man who tries to rescue her from the mysterious pattern of death.

This newly released teaser video marks the beginning of the mysterious romance story between Dong Jin (GOT7’s Jinyoung) and Mi Jung (Roh Jeong Eui). On a snowy day, high school student Dong Jin notices a girl with a sorrowful facial expression, Mi Jung, at the end of his gaze.

After a male student is struck by lightning, rumors begin to spread at school that Mi Jung is the cause of the strange accidents. Even Mi Jung herself admits, “Since I was young, strange things have always happened around me.” Unable to endure the rumors any longer, Mi Jung eventually leaves the school.

Years later, Dong Jin, now a highly sought-after data miner in the industry, hears the name “Mi Jung” on a subway and is taken aback. A man is confessing to the person in front of him, saying, “I like you, Mi Jung.” Standing right in front of the man is none other than her. Mi Jung, as if trying to hide her presence, wears her hat pulled low and responds to the man’s confession with hostility, saying, “What do you even know about me?”

Reuniting with Mi Jung as if by fate, Dong Jin’s journey to save her—labeled a “witch” due to the curse-like rule of death that seems to follow her—becomes the central focus of the story.
