Kim Min Ha In Talks To Join Lee Junho's New Drama By "Fight My Way" Director
Kim Min Ha may be teaming up with Lee Junho for a new drama!
On January 13, XportsNews reported that Kim Min Ha will star in tvN’s upcoming drama “Typhoon Company” (literal translation; can also be translated as “Tae Poong Company”).
“Typhoon Company” follows the journey of Typhoon Company’s CEO Kang Tae Poong as he navigates the trials of the IMF crisis, highlighting his growth and the challenges of becoming a “true adult.”
According to the report, Kim Min Ha is set to play Oh Mi Sook, a sales representative at Typhoon Company and the eldest daughter who shoulders the responsibility of supporting her family.
In response, a representative from Kim Min Ha’s agency Noon Company stated, “’Typhoon Company’ is one of the projects she has received an offer for, but nothing has been finalized yet.”
Previously in December, tvN shared its lineup of dramas for 2025, confirming that “Typhoon Company” will premiere in 2025, with Lee Junho starring as Kang Tae Poong and Geum Sae Rok initially set to play Oh Mi Sook.
However, due to scheduling conflicts, Geum Sae Rok reportedly stepped down from the role, with Kim Min Ha now in talks to take over.
Directed by Lee Na Jeong, known for her work on “Fight for My Way,” “Love Alarm,” and “See You in My 19th Life,” “Typhoon Company” is expected to begin filming in mid-January.
