Watch: Song Hye Kyo Goes To Any Length To Save Moon Woo Jin With Jeon Yeo Been And Lee Jin Uk's Help In "Dark Nuns" Trailer
Upcoming occult film “Dark Nuns” has released a new poster and teaser!
The female version of Kang Dong Won’s hit 2015 film “The Priests,” “Dark Nuns” tells the story of nuns who perform exorcisms to save a young boy possessed by a powerful evil spirit.
The newly released poster highlights the unshakable strength of Sister Junia (Song Hye Kyo), emphasizing her powerful presence. It also captures the determination of various characters with differing beliefs about Hee Joon (Moon Woo Jin), the boy possessed by the evil spirit: Sister Junia, Sister Michaela (Jeon Yeo Been), and Father Paolo (Lee Jin Uk).
The tagline, “I am ready to go to the forbidden place,” hints at the unwavering resolve of two nuns who, despite opposition, risk everything to save Hee Joon.
The main trailer, released alongside the poster, features Sister Junia declaring, “No matter the means or methods,” raising questions about the characters’ choices in the absence of an exorcist.
The trailer introduces Sister Junia, who is determined to save the boy; Sister Michaela, who initially opposes her but later joins her effort; and Father Paolo, a psychiatrist who doesn’t believe in exorcism, as they create tension surrounding the possessed boy, Hee Joon. The two nuns’ desperate fight against the 12 manifestations resurfacing in Korea adds intensity to the plot, while the unpredictable nature of each character’s decisions keeps viewers eager for what’s to come.
