Uhm Ji Won And Ahn Jae Wook Stir Up Romance With Makgeolli In Upcoming Drama "For Eagle Brothers"
KBS2’s upcoming weekend drama “For Eagle Brothers” has released new posters!
“For Eagle Brothers” tells the story of the five brothers of the traditional brewery Eagle Brewery, which has been making traditional liquor for three generations, and their eldest sister-in-law, who suddenly becomes the head of the family after her husband’s unexpected death just 10 days into their marriage.
The newly released posters featuring Uhm Ji Won and Ahn Jae Wook showcase their charm and build anticipation for the drama. Uhm Ji Won will play Ma Kwang Sook, a cheerful and straightforward counter manager at the Siwan Post Office, while Ahn Jae Wook stars as Han Dong Seok, the charismatic chairman of LX Hotel.
In the posters, Kwang Sook beams with a bright smile, while Dong Seok shares a warm grin. The two hold drinking bowls for makgeolli (a traditional Korean alcoholic drink) and form a large heart.
The tagline, “A drama brewed with heart-fluttering feelings, perfectly matured,” hints at a deep and intense love story. The plot, which begins with an unexpected twist, will follow Kwang Sook and Dong Seok as they navigate life’s turning points together.
The production team said, “The released posters capture the affectionate relationship between Kwang Sook and Dong Seok, who are holding makgeolli bowls. We’re excited for viewers to see how their story unfolds through the shared medium of makgeolli. Also, pay attention to how their relationship gradually changes, starting with an unusual first meeting.”
“For Eagle Brothers” is set to premiere on February 1 at 8 p.m. KST following the conclusion of “Iron Family.”
