Kim Jung Hyun Prepares To Break Up With Geum Sae Rok In "Iron Family"

KBS2’s “Iron Family” has released new stills ahead of the upcoming episode!

“Iron Family” is a dark comedy about the Cheongnyeom Laundry family and their youngest daughter Lee Da Rim (Geum Sae Rok), who has an illness that narrows her vision, as she reunites with Seo Kang Joo (Kim Jung Hyun) from college.

In the upcoming episode, Seo Kang Joo will work hard to keep his promise of breaking up with Lee Da Rim and cutting ties with the Cheongnyeom Laundry family in order to prevent Baek Ji Yeon (Kim Hye Eun) from reporting the family.

The newly released stills preview Seo Kang Joo preparing to break up with Lee Da Rim at the nostalgic udon restaurant. The restaurant is the place where Lee Da Rim and Seo Kang Joon—along with Cha Tae Woong (Choi Tae Joon)—enjoyed a meal after watching a movie together in the past.

Although Seo Kang Joo has a serious facial expression, Lee Da Rim smiles brightly, clueless of the fact that Baek Ji Yeon knows the entire truth. Lee Da Rim also appears relieved as she believes that the crisis has been averted now that the stolen money has returned to the rightful owner. With Seo Kang Joo deeply conflicted about his next move, viewers are curious to find out what direction their relationship will take.

With just four episodes remaining, the next episode of “Iron Family” will air on January 18 at 8 p.m. KST.
