Watch: Hwang Minhyun And Han Ji Eun Form A "Study Group" Despite Cha Woo Min's Opposition In New Teaser

TVING’s upcoming drama “Study Group” has shared a new teaser introducing the study group members!

Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, “Study Group” is a high school action-comedy about Youn Ga Min (Hwang Minhyun), a student who dreams of excelling academically but is only gifted in fighting. At a high school notorious for being one of the worst in the world, he forms a study group and dives into the ruthless world of college entrance exams.

The teaser begins with Youn Ga Min who harbors great interest in studying but can’t seem to yield results despite his efforts. He gains hope at the suggestion of entering Yusung Technical High School but still finds himself nearly last in terms of grades. Youn Ga Min remains positive, telling himself, “It’s still too early to give up,” and starting to recruit members for his study group.

Despite everyone’s skeptical attitudes, Lee Han Kyeong (Han Ji Eun) boldly steps up to help, undaunted by the risks it brings to her career.

However, the ruthless Pi Han Ul (Cha Woo Min) stands in strong opposition to change. A voice narrates, “Don’t ever be curious about Pi Han Ul—you could die,” as the teaser highlights Pi Han Ul’s dominance as the undisputed ruler of Yusung Technical High School.

Eventually, Youn Ga Min finds a potential study mate in Kim Se Hyun (Lee Jong Hyun), who is initially annoyed by Youn Ga Min’s advances. Kim Se Hyun remarks, “Survival is more important to me than studying.”

In addition to Kim Se Hyun, Youn Ga Min discovers Lee Ji Woo (Shin Su Hyun), who has a strong sense of justice, stepping in to protect her classmate from violence. The eccentric yet sincere Choi Hee Won (Yoon Sang Jung) also joins the unlikely group with great enthusiasm. Lee Joon (Gong Do Yu), who is drawn by Youn Ga Min’s fighting skills, reluctantly agrees to study in order to learn from Youn Ga Min.

Despite efforts to deter the study group, Youn Ga Min and his friends stay strong in the face of adversity, sending a strong punch against those trying to stop them from achieving their goals.
