Kim Do Hoon And Kim Yoon Hye Bond Over Unrequited Love In “Love Scout”

“Love Scout” has shared a sneak peek of Kim Do Hoon and Kim Yoon Hye’s bond as comrades experiencing unrequited love!

SBS’s “Love Scout” is a new romance drama starring Han Ji Min as Kang Ji Yun, a CEO who is fantastic at her job but inept at everything else, and Lee Jun Hyuk as Yu Eun Ho, her highly competent secretary who is great at not only his job but also childcare and housework.

Jeong Hoon (Kim Do Hoon), the CTO of Ji Yun’s company Peoplez, secured his position through his wealthy father Chairman Cheol Yong (Jo Seung Yeon). Over time, Jeong Hoon developed feelings for Ji Yun, but his timing was always off. When he rushed to Careerway to find her facing her critics, he was disappointed to find her in Eun Ho’s arms. Similarly, when he brought a lunch box for Ji Yun—who never attended company dinners—he arrived only to see she had already left with Eun Ho. Alone in the dark office, Jeong Hoon muttered, “I was too late,” consumed by jealousy and regret.

Su Hyun (Kim Yoon Hye), who secretly loves Eun Ho, shares her own heartache. Nervously, she fixes her hair and touches up her lipstick when she meets him, showing her feelings. Her heart sank when she realized Eun Ho was devoted to Ji Yun. The tension grew when Su Hyun saw them together at the hospital after Eun Ho’s daughter Byul (Gi So You) was injured. Watching Ji Yun, Su Hyun felt deep regret.

Su Hyun also carries the pain of losing her older sister and brother-in-law on the same day. Her son, Seo Jun (Kim Tae Bin), is actually the child of her late sister and brother-in-law, adding complexity to her character.

Jeong Hoon and Su Hyun are forming an intriguing bond. Their first meeting occurred when Su Hyun mistook him for a child’s father, leaving a lasting impression. In their second encounter at a publishing house, Jeong Hoon learned that Su Hyun, a picture book author, was struggling with poor sales. To support her, he asked for her autograph and encouraged her with an enthusiastic, “Fighting!”

This week, newly released stills show Jeong Hoon and Su Hyun sharing a drink and opening up to each other. Both are coping with unrequited love and loss, drawing them closer. Their journey from shared struggles to an intriguing relationship has fans eager to see what’s next.
