Hyeri’s Agency Takes Legal Action Against Malicious Posters

Hyeri’s agency has announced firm legal measures against individuals spreading malicious rumors about her.

On January 23, Sublime Artist Agency released an official statement confirming that criminal complaints have been filed on behalf of Hyeri to address ongoing defamatory activities.

The agency’s statement is as follows:

Hello, this is Sublime Artist Agency.

We are addressing the matter of criminal complaints filed on behalf of our artist Hyeri.

Our company has been closely monitoring acts of defamation, sexual harassment, insults, and the spread of malicious false information [targeting Hyeri] online. Around October of last year, we determined that these criminal activities could no longer be overlooked and filed criminal complaints against dozens of individuals based on the evidence we collected.

Currently, investigative authorities are actively looking into the cases we reported.

We will continue to monitor the situation and take legal action against any criminal acts targeting our artist.

Furthermore, we firmly state that under no circumstances will we agree to settlements or show leniency toward the perpetrators, and we intend to address these matters with the strictest legal measures.
