“The Potato Lab” is a new romantic comedy drama set in a rural potato research institute. The story follows Kim Mi Kyeong (Lee Sun Bin), a researcher whose life revolves entirely around potatoes, and So Baek Ho (Kang Tae Oh), a cold and principled corporate director. When So Baek Ho unexpectedly enters her world, the two find themselves entangled in a whirlwind romance.

Kim Mi Kyeong is a bold and free-spirited potato researcher whose life takes an unexpected turn with the arrival of So Baek Ho. Although his sunny smile might give off a warm first impression, So Baek Ho is a stickler for rules and order. His world begins to change when he meets the unpredictable Kim Mi Kyeong at the unconventional potato research institute, where principles don’t seem to apply.
