Kang Ha Neul And Go Min Si Fall In Love While Running A Restaurant Together In Upcoming Drama
Upcoming drama “Your Taste” (literal translation) has shared its first sneak peek of Kang Ha Neul and Go Min Si in character!
“Your Taste” is a romance drama about two people with different backgrounds and philosophies about food who wind up running a small restaurant together in Jeonju, where they grow and fall in love.
Kang Ha Neul will star as Han Beom Woo, an heir to the top food corporation in Korea. Han Beom Woo, who runs a fine-dining restaurant in Seoul, has been locked in a fierce succession battle with his older brother all his life. In order to defeat his brother, he gets passionate about recipe development—and in the process, he winds up crossing paths with Mo Yeon Joo.
Go Min Si will play the role of Mo Yeon Joo, a stubborn chef who runs a tiny one-table restaurant in a remote area. Due to her insistence on using only the highest-quality ingredients and cooking for only one table at a time, Mo Yeon Joo’s restaurant is on the decline—but when she meets Han Beom Woo, an unexpected opportunity comes her way.
In a newly released still from the upcoming drama, Han Beom Woo and Mo Yeon Joo are hard at work together outside of a rural-looking thatched house. In contrast to Mo Yeon Joo, who looks calm and focused as she goes about her work, Han Beom Woo’s face is amusingly contorted into a pained frown that hints at the bickering that lies ahead for the duo.
The “Your Taste” production team commented, “Kang Ha Neul, Go Min Si, Kim Shin Rok, Yoo Su Bin, and many other actors are working hard on filming in order to greet viewers [through the drama].”
They added, “Please look forward to the cast’s solid acting talent and chemistry.”
“Your Taste” is set to premiere in the first half of 2025.
